The all-new Ford Tourneo raises the bar in the multi-activity vehicle segment thanks to a new platform engineered for maximum versatility and comfort. The new Tourneo has been designed to enhance the ownership experience for both personal use and business customers by offering spacious accommodation for up to eight occupants.
At launch the Tourneo will only be available in Trend specification and a long-wheelbase configuration which is powered by a fuel efficient 2.0 litre single turbo engine paired with a new smooth-shifting eight-speed automatic transmission. The range will be expanded later this year to include additional models.

With a confident stance, the vehicle has increased visual width front and rear, which results in a planted and stable appearance.
An interior that can fulfil a variety of roles
Comfort levels of the all-new Tourneo have been enhanced thanks to superior refinement and vehicle dynamics delivered by next generation vehicle design. An optimised chassis architecture along with independent rear suspension ensures heightened levels of ride comfort and stability.
The Tourneo has been developed to offer occupants significantly enhanced levels of comfort and convenience, while the stylish interior features superior craftmanship and material quality.
The optimised platform offers generous cabin space across three rows of seating for up to eight occupants. The enhanced interior is underpinned by a flexible track-mounted seating system in the second and third rows, which offers maximum adaptability when arranging the cabin for people and luggage by allowing the seats to fold forward or backwards along notched tracks or for the seats to be removed completely. The three second-row seats can each be moved independently, while the third-row seats have a two seat/one seat split.
This allows for easy reconfiguration of the cabin, including a useful six-person conference layout. Furthermore, with the second and third row seats removed, a massive 6.8m3 loading space is unleashed along with the ability to carry three standard Euro pallets.
The new architecture also ensures a lower floor height and a new integrated side step that makes ingress and loading easier, supported by a large aperture for the sliding side doors.
Ensuring maximum comfort on the move is high-end features such as tri-zone electronic climate control and heated driver and front passenger seats.
The instrument panel features an ergonomic 13-inch central touchscreen built around Ford’s SYNC 4 infotainment system, with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility as standard. The central screen is complemented by a new 12-inch instrument cluster that includes a seven-inch configurable digital display.
Under the bonnet
The Tourneo Trend is powered by Ford’s efficient and economical 2.0-litre single turbocharged EcoBlue diesel engine which utilises AdBlue diesel exhaust fluid to transform nitrogen oxide into harmless nitrogen and water, significantly reducing the impact of its emissions. An Auto Stop/Start system further reduces fuel consumption and emissions.
The 2.0L SiT diesel engine delivers 100kW of power at 3 500rpm, matched to 360Nm from 1 750rpm. This engine is exclusively paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission that provides seamless power delivery to the front wheels.
Performance can be optimised via selectable drive modes, including Eco and Tow in order to suit different operating requirements and driving conditions.
Comprehensive suite of Ford’s latest advanced driver assistance systems
Ensuring an easier driving experience and enhanced occupant safety is a long list of driver assistance systems including Intelligent Adaptive Cruise control, Lane Keeping Aid, Evasive Steering Assist, Forward Collision Warning, Reverse Brake Assist, Driver Alert with Driver Impairment Monitor, ABS brakes with Dynamic Stability Control, Electronic Brake Force Distribution, Emergency Brake Assist and a 180-degree camera system which includes front and rear parking sensors. Providing further protection is a total of six airbags, comprising dual front, side and curtain airbags.
Model range and pricing
Pricing includes a four-year/120 000km warranty, four-year unlimited distance roadside assistance and a five-year/unlimited distance corrosion warranty. Customers also have the option of purchasing a service or maintenance plan, for up to eight years or 165 000km at an additional cost.
