Rear Side View of the the Revised Peugeot 107

Peugeot’s stylish and funky 107 baby-hatch has become even more affordable thanks to a realignment of the range, including new names even better suited to its fun-loving personality. An additional model has been added, with the new derivatives badged Urban and Trendy. Facelifted in July 2009, the Peugeot 107 X-Line was the only model available, priced at R124 900 - the revised line-up sees better value, with cars at R110 500 for Urban and R121 500 for Trendy (replacing the X-Line), so consumers after a car which punches above its weight will find it right here.

Providing an enhanced level of occupant safety, both models have Corner Stability Control (CBC) to help you around those tricky bends, ABS (anti-lock brakes) with EBD (electronic brake distribution) and front + side airbags. Standard make-life-easier features on both include an air conditioner, CD front-loader, whereas the Trendy is identified by alloys, colour-coded bumpers/mirrors, electric front windows, rev counter, remote central locking and split rear seats.

Its zesty 3-cylinder, 998 cc multivalve engine uses a mere 4.5 litres per 100 km in mixed driving, and with just 109 grams of the greenhouse gas emitted per kilometre, it won’t incur any emissions tax.
